DHR Health has added a new physician to its ear, nose, and throat department as part of a broader effort to improve healthcare access across the Rio Grande Valley. Dr. Tess Hill joins the organization as an otolaryngologist and brings a patient focused approach to her practice.

The addition of Dr. Hill reflects the health system's ongoing push to recruit specialists in fields where local residents often face long waits or must travel outside the region for treatment.
