Herefordshire farmer to walk 142 miles for mental health support

A Herefordshire farmer is preparing for a monumental 142-mile walk across the county to raise awareness and funds for mental health support within the agricultural community. Sam Stables, from Wellington Heath near Ledbury, aims to highlight the often-hidden struggles faced by those working in farming.

Stables plans to trek the entire length of the Herefordshire Trail, a challenging journey expected to take approximately ten days.
